All nappy cakes are made to order and dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment.

Accepted Methods:

Pay with your debit or credit card or E-Cheque. Paypal is a secure online payments system, enabling you to pay your retailer with total security knowing your details are never passed on to them. It does not cost you anything to pay in this way, nor do you need to have a paypal account.

If Your Shopping Basket States 'Handling Charges - TBC' and you are ordering for UK delivery, PLEASE IGNORE as any handling costs are included in the P+P prices quoted.

Terms

MillyDawn's Nappy Cakes can accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or Courier.

Proof of Postage is obtained for all smaller goods sent by Royal Mail. (a recorded service will be used upon request, please contact us so we can update your invoice)

All larger items are sent via courier on a signed for, tracked delivery.

If an 'ingredient' becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by an alternative item of equal or greater value.

You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.

Placement of an order is not a guarantee of contract. Your order will be confirmed promptly via e-mail.

Customers are able to collect their purchases from our premises in Portsmouth, Hampshire with prior agreement. Please request collection on your checkout notes. P+P will be refunded. Cash payments also accepted in this instance. A deposit may be required. Contact us. info@mdnappycakes.com
